“I love the #24 Orange Ice and use it for most of my watercolor paintings. The large size holds lots of fluid while maintaining a sharp point, so I can make long sweeping uninterrupted brushstrokes. I’ve been using these brushes for quite a while now, and find them to be perfect “go to” brush for watercolorists. The brush is large and holds a huge amount of water and paint, and yet it keeps a sharp point to paint fine details. The synthetic hairs have spring and bounce and yet have a wonderful softness that is perfect for painting all types of watercolor techniques. This brush is an important item on my supply list for students to bring to my classes and workshops, and I highly recommend it to all artists of every skill level!”
